Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)

This is a cozy little studio cottage located at the back of my property where you have complete privacy with a private entrance and a self check in. Inside the room is a king bed and a small bathroom. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a Keurig machine and light snacks and water. There is not a full kitchen. My place is a 15 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes away to the closest shopping center/movie theater. There are many walking trails and a 15 minute walk to the shopping center. (1 king bed, 1 cot). PRIVATE ENTRANCE & BATHROOM. It is a converted garage, which we turned into a studio apartment. This is suitable for 2 adults and 1 kid. 2 adults is most comfortable. Backyard is shared, with the owners of the house.
