The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment villa in Benaulim, South Goa. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made mornings and sunsets truly magical. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The villa had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.

Our stay at Casa Nauka was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and right at home. Leena is a truly wonderful host – incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The 1BHK house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, cozy. I especially liked the forest view from the terrace and lovely sunrise in the morning along with breezy atmosphere during nights.. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. It truly felt like staying with family. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future! Highly recommended!

The stay was comfortable and the whole family enjoyed it a lot. The property is in a old society but the flat itself was setup perfectly with the right furnitures and having all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The biggest plus to the property is the proximity to Colva beach and the wonderful restaurants in the area. My children also enjoyed the swimming pool. Sapana was a wonderful host and she was helpful and answered all my queries promptly. She ensured that our stay was comfortable. Thank you Sapana for all the arrangements, I will definitely be promoting this property to my family and friends for their future Goa trip.

Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

This place was an absolute delight! The moment we stepped inside the house we were hit with immediate positive vibes. This place was lovely beyond our expectations. The property looks better then the photos , has a really pretty architecture and the best part were all these cute decorations and old school artifacts. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive during check in and check out process. The place was spotlessly clean and the entire property being seemingly new gave it a very fresh vibe. The property is also bigger than it looks in the pictures and we were highly impressed by the fact that how the 2 bedrooms on the first floor were basically mini apartments with their own living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All amenities that we needed were available. The location of the property is also perfect and quiet with multiple restaurants and beaches in a 10 min driving radius. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to return next time

The property was in a very good area and had all amenities. The host was very good and we always had someone to help us out with different things. The cleanliness was on point and there was sufficient storage area as well.

Chose the place based on the photos seen on the site, and also as it checked most of the boxes for us. I must say that the 3 nights and days spent here by 6 of us and our pet lab were worth every penny and memorable. Sanjay is a wonderful host who was always forthcoming and proactive in communication with us. Hillary the house manager and Angelica the maid were both very aware and responsive to our requirements. The house is very tastefully done and everything worked perfectly. Cleanliness was spot on and all linen/utensils etc were as good as new. The thoughtful gesture of having a lot of wonderful eats/drinks available for consumption was indeed a highlight that speaks volumes about the warmth and care from Sanjay's side. Overall I will highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a large family unit with pet in the quiet south Goa region. Totally worth it!

It was indeed a good stay at Zalor Residency. The place is very calm and beautiful. Apartment had all the facilities which was mentioned in the platform. Thanks to Cherly for responsibly dealing with all our queries. She was very helpful and reachable.

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!
