Traditional architecture house (stone, wood and slate) in the center of Lanuza overlooking the reservoir and children's area. Renovated in 2004, it is fully equipped (appliances, linens and dishes). Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
