Includes single carport, and separate entry with key security safe for self check-in. Access to our shared pool through the gate and out the back onto the Clarence River reserve for some fishing or kayaking. 5 minutes drive to Yamba CBD and famous beaches. The space has a equipped kitchenette, BBQ on the deck, separate bathroom / toilet, NBN internet and access to laundry if required. Suits a single/couple or up to 4 people. It has a queen bed and a double sofa bed.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies.
