It is 650 meters, a 10-minute walk, from the village of Caeté-Açu (better known as Vale do Capão) and is located on the main street that connects the village to Bomba. The house is situated on a plot of 8,000 m2, overlooking the mountains and with a small river in the background. It has plenty of greenery around it, with a garden, plants and trees.
