Vacation rentals with a patio in Palmdale

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Good place to stay with your family, everything was very clean, they’re many stores and restaurants near the area. Great communication with Becki. I really recommend this place.

We were at Mila's for a weekend and had a great time. It was a beautiful and comfortable space though we didn't get to spend much time outside.

Thanks again Michael! I’ve stay here multiple times for work trips and it feels like home. The space is small but it’s a great set up for one person. They installed a washer/dryer this month which is so helpful. They are always responsive and thoughtful.

Jonathan's place is so beautifully decorated and has a sense of grandeur with high ceilings and an old world vibe. Being from the area, we knew what to expect about surroundings and we were happy to find that great restaurants, shopping, and coffee are all still conveniently located. The bed was comfortable and the access to amenities was awesome. We found a parking spot with ease and didn't have to drive anywhere once we got there. Great location and great host.

This place is a hidden gem. It is situated in the middle of a block, at the very end of a cul-de-sac, has a massive back yard and is very private. This is a guest house off of a main house, but the people in that house were very quiet and it did not feel like anyone was there even though they were in the evenings after work. The house sits so far away from main roads you hear zero traffic. Everything was extremely clean. Just a day or two before we arrived, I requested if we could have a total of 5 pillows on the bed, and when we got there, there were 5 brand-new pillows! :-) The bed was high quality, the linens very fresh and clean. The whole place was immaculate. Places to eat are just a few blocks away. We went out most every morning and had coffee on the back patio, it was so peaceful and a dove sitting in a high tree was there every morning, it was so neat. I hope we get to come back and stay again, it was a lovely place!:-)

Awesome spot! Stayed there with some work colleagues for a business trip. It was clean and organized. I picked this spot because of the cool amenities and it did not disappoint. We all really enjoyed playing ping pong, pool & also chilling in the jacuzzi and sauna. Everything was really clean. We will Definitely come back again soon! Absolutely enjoyed our stay here with our family! The house and decor are adorable. The hosts are very accommodating and communicative. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Would stay here again when we visit our family.

What a lovely home! We flew in for just a few days for a medical specialist. The home was simple to find, VERY clean and neat but still comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all the basics, nice clean and new appliances. The bed was comfy, great pillow options and though we didn’t need them, air mattress and supplies were easily accessible if needed. The mini splits kept the house comfortable and cool. Nice neighborhood, conveniently located close to a nice little shopping center with a Starbucks and a cafe. Joseph was helpful and responsive and the check in and out process was very simple! We will definitely stay here again!

Deborah and Mike's house was awesome. love the pool and the jacuzzi and the hot tub very much! A lot of wonderful lighting gave it a wonderful atmosphere. Six large screen TVs, very high-tech, I couldn't figure out how to turn three of them on, lol.. Deborah and Mike were very nice and very responsive, truly good people. This house had everything you could need or want, even little refrigerators outside with complimentary soda, they thought of everything. GREAT PLACE!

it was a decent stay but I believe my situation. had then take advantage of the situation. chair was already broken which is wht when owner came over it was put out the way so we didn't use it. I am glad I experienced this so I will do a full evaluation of home on day one.

Very comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath home stylishly decorated. Host is very responsive. I had trouble operating the front lock and the host communicated quickly and helped me open the lock. The house was great. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms could use a facelift but were adequate. Nice backyard where I drank my morning coffee. To be honest we only used the house to sleep and get ready for wedding events but it was much more comfortable than a hotel.

the only thing I can say bad about the home, was there was no night stands or dressers. but everything else was well stocked. they even have a cooler for day use. plenty of space, and was a perfect place to crash while working out of town with my crew.

Great place to stay if you planning on getting away for the weekend or going to Six Flags. Very clean & a peaceful place!

Nossa estadia no apartamento de Tanner e Jess encantadora. Local bonito, aconchegante, limpo, amplo, bem localizado. Foram três semanas muito agradáveis e nos sentimos em casa. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

Amazing location with great amenties, we used the pool and theatre room. Definitley reccomend staying here for a family vacation

We had a lovely stay here. Nice peaceful area that is also has a great setup to WFH.

Duane was great to work with. His place was clean and comfortable. Each room had a comfy king bed. My kids loved swimming at the community pool. Diane even had some fun snacks at the unit waiting for us.

Great to work with, they really cared about our comfort and happiness during the stay. Very safe and quiet area! We had 2 adults and 2 kids, we were comfortable during our week.
