Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former tannery dating from the 19th century is located in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, a village of artists ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, in the territory of the Aubrac Regional Nature Park. La Tannerie, with a capacity of 10 people, will offer its occupants a set of about 300 m2 of living space, completely renovated, on a 1500 m2 enclosed plot with a 12x4 swimming pool and bordered by a stream.

The small house

La Petite Maison is in the center of the village of Bertholène, in a wooded garden, fully enclosed (shared with the owner), your pets are welcome!! Access to the terrace, rooftop pool of the adjoining barn, (reserved only for tenants during your stay). Stone house: shower room, kitchenette and living room on the garden floor, bedroom with closets upstairs, (steep staircase). Possibility of parking your vehicle in front of the house and storing your bikes in the shelter!

You want a stay in the countryside in a village of character close to shops (3 km). You will discover a large number of classified villages nearby. Ideal for nature walks, running, mountain biking, close to major tourist sites (Rodez, Millau, Laguiole, Aubrac, Larzac, Lacs du Lévezou, Gorges du Tarn...). Region where culinary dishes have their importance: aligot, tripoux, farcous, fouace, roquefort, tomme de l'Aubrac... you should not be disappointed!

The cottage is on one level and access is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
