Everything on this apt was exactly as described/ as shown in the listing. One of the best airbnb and experience that I had so far in Dominican Republic. Juan Carlos was always very responsive gave me all clear instructions. I will definitely comeback to this place and I won’t stop recommending this place! Thanks for everything.

10 out of 10. Everything was perfect. What made things better was the host Cristy. She was so helpfuI. When we arrived my boyfriend had a stomach ache and she went to the pharmacy for us as we didn’t know the area. She reassured us of the area and how the keys worked. Made us feel at home. Already looking to book again in May.

This was my second time staying at Beijing’s place, and it was just as good as the first. I only went to the gym once, and I don’t regret it. Great location, great a/c, great staff in the building, great amenities, overall a great place to enjoy yourself. I wish I could stay longer but unfortunately I can’t, it’s time to plan and prepare my next trip to Santo Domingo, and I plan to stay at Beijing’s place a third time whenever I do decide to come back. 5/5 rating from me !

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Me siento como en casa!!! Tony y Ramona muy buenos y agradables. Ya es mi top 1 para disfrutar en familia y amigos. 200% recomendado!!!

Una hermosa Vista, el residencial posee reglas muy atinadas de forma que la convivencia en familia pueda ser posible, nos confundimos con la hora de salida y la anfitriona Alexandra fue muy afable con nosotros, aun en el entendido que tenia huéspedes que llegaban mas tardes, definitivamente un bonito lugar

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

We loved our stay! Great location and an incredible balcony. The gym and rooftop pool were fantastic additions.

The place was good. The lady receptionist was nice as well and the security guards.
