A Rustic Escape with Breathtaking Views If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. Tucked in a remote village, it offers stunning views of the beach on one side and backwaters on the other. We were lucky enough to spot a dolphin in the sea, a highlight of our stay. The accommodation is rustic and simple, with no Wi-Fi or modern amenities, perfect for a digital detox. The food, homemade by Mr. Mohanan and his wife, Divya, was a treat—each meal felt like a warm, local experience. Lt. Col. Sudhir was a fantastic host, offering great tips on local temples and hidden beaches we’d never have found on our own. It’s a quiet, off-grid retreat where you can truly unwind and enjoy nature. If you're after peace, stunning views, and a chance to disconnect, I highly recommend this place.

I had an incredible stay at this property! The location was amazing and matched the description perfectly. The amenities were top-notch, just as described. We had an air-conditioned room with a cozy atmosphere, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. The hosting family was exceptionally responsive and attentive to all our needs. They even provided a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a lovely touch. What you see in the Airbnb photos is exactly what you get—no surprises! If you're planning to stay near Cherupuzha, Alakode, or any nearby areas, I highly recommend this property. It was truly one of the best experiences I've had, and I can't wait to visit again!

This is actually Manoj's place, Riyaz is helping with the Airbnb booking. Place is within 5 km from beach and easily accessible. Very calm and peaceful place. Garden is very well maintained. tree house and other structures are very much look like real tree trunk. Manoj's family was very welcoming and helped us in each and every way. They also suggested Bekal fort to visit. Manoj's mother prepared very delicious dinner and breakfast for us. we stayed in tree house cabin which is slightly compact because of the tree house structure but one should experience that once. All three sides are covered with glass, so you can wake up in beautiful sunlight. Value for money.

I had an excellent stay at Biju’s place! The location is perfect, being so close to the beach, which made it super convenient for relaxing seaside moments. Biju is a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and well-organized. The BBQ he arranged (at an additional charge) was a highlight of the trip, with delicious food and a great setup. The overall experience was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent propeety and aesthetic location. Easy to get in. No restaurant available inside, but there are good restaurants nearby and they will provide home delivery too. Mr. Janardhan is keeping the property always clean and neat and he is always available for any helps. In total it was an awesome stay.

The place was an absolute heaven. If you want a quite, peaceful, beautiful place for yourself, away from the city chaos, this is the place to go. The lake at your footsteps, cool morning breeze and a breathtaking view from the room makes your day even before it starts. The host is also friendly and helpful. Mare 4km from thrikaripur railway station.
