Al primer pis hi ha la cuina americana juntament amb el sofà i la TV, també hi ha el balcó i un bany sense dutxa. Al pis de dalt, trobem les habitacions: una de matrimoni (amb el seu llit corresponent) i l'altra amb un llit de matrimoni i un d'individual. Hi ha també el labavo sencer, amb banyera. El pis té accés directe a la carretera, esta molt ben ubicat i és molt lluminós.
