It has a large living room with open fire, a superb fully equipped kitchen, a magnificent games room with billiards and foosball, a small super cozy TV lounge upstairs and of course a magnificent 80 m² south-facing garden and a large covered terrace with barbecue/grill for dining outside.

MOULIN DE L'EPINE in Bouillon on the banks of the Semois

Le Moulin de l'Epine is 4 km from Bouillon, in the Belgian Ardennes. This former café, completely renovated in 2019, will welcome you in the middle of nature in a relaxing setting. Guests can enjoy direct access to the Semois via a private footbridge overlooking the canal of the old mill. Our old farm, completely renovated, is located at the end of a small dead-end road. It will delight lovers of nature and tranquility: as a couple, with friends, with family, with your dog. Exceptional house completely renovated and located in the historic center of the city of Bouillon, close to the Castle, shops, many walks and the Semois. The "Mountain", quiet and natural next to Dinant

It's worth it, the Mountain. The house is located on a flank of the Meuse Valley. When you take the centuries-old pilgrims' path, you are happy to arrive, breathing at the foot of the Dinant wall. Our family home is there, waiting for you. It was our grandfather who hung it on the rock "to prevent it from sliding down". My brothers and I decided to keep it and occasionally open it to other lovers of the region.

At the Semois thermal baths

The location is ideally located with stunning views of the Semois and Bouillon Castle. The city offers several festivities such as the hunting festival, the medieval festival, the trout festival, the egg hunt, the fireworks on July 21 and August 15. Also enjoy its abbey "Notre-Dame de Clairefontaine", karting, the tourist train to visit the city, the animal park with its playground, fishing, kayaking, etc.
