The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place is very cozy and Sir Ezekiel is very responsive to your queries. Although the parking is very hard and expensive. But overall experience, we loved it!

Thina is such a great host, she is very responsive at all times, she makes sure to address your concerns/questions. Her place is so lovely and clean. Some of the items are old and suggest to replace/remove stain if still possible as it’s not appealing to use like the microwave, Thina was so kind to respond immediately and ensured that microwave is clean, but we just decided not to use the microwave as it has old yellow stains already. We just did not like the building policy that anyone who needs to go up and stay for a few hours still needs to pay Php250 per head, we had an event and needed for hair and makeup artists to go up just for 2hrs but still needed to reg and settle Php250 per head. Also if you have visitors, that will visit you just for few hours, be prepared for the “registration fee” of the bldg that doesn’t make any sense. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Thina’s unit, it’s just that we did not like the bldg policy about reg fee and fees for using amenities.

Ms. Koleen's place felt like home the moment we stepped in. It was very cozy, which speaks much about her hospitality. Not only did she make us feel welcome in her home, but she also made sure our fur baby was included. A big plus for being a very compassionate host. I super recommend and definitely worth a 5-star rating! 

Secure area with an outstanding view of Rizal park, Manila bay, and the city. Ice cold living room AC and a small bedroom AC made the place comfortably cool. Had an issue with the smart lock but our host Maria was super helpful, professional, and polite - and she diffused the problem. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended another day. Just note that if you order food service delivery- past 8pm - it gets dropped off in the P2 garage. We would stay here again.

It is a nice place with convenient location. Guards from the lobby and concierge are all kind and helpful. It is clean and smells good. Bring own toilettries ;)

I had a great time staying in their Airbnb. The location is great and the building is brand new. The unit is also clean and well decorated. I highly recommend this place when looking for a place to stay in BGC.

Whenever I travel to Makati, Sweet Home is the first place I look. Easy, quick communication and a seamless checkin make this a breeze. The room is always clean and ready, and the location is minutes away from Greenbelt, or Landmark mall where you can get groceries.

Staying at Chum’s was very easy and we felt right at home. She’s a very responsive host and catered to all of our needs. The place is just as described, you can cook, use the spa and other facilities. It’s very accessible and close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again when we come back to Makati.

Absolutely loved this space. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious. Lots to walk to and a lot of late night spots. Very convenient with grocery store inside mall and bank.

Had a great time here there was quite a few places to eat a couple of blocks away you could always catch a jeep too so getting around was a breeze. The locals were nice you could just walk out side and buy yourself breakfast. I was concerned about the internet as a remote worker but I was still able to do the do with out any issues and Franco even made sure I had a modem in my room while I was there just to make my life easier. If you are on a budget and want some where authentic to stay check out this place its great for the price.

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

The place is great and the host is nice. There were few stuff that was missing, 1 example was a cutting board but other than that, it was a nice place to stay. Would recommend to others.

We loved Adam's place! His communication was proactive. He always let us know what to expect. I loved the welcome we had - he had a clearbook about everything in the place as well as what to expect, what do to and local recommendations. We truly felt at home.
