Completely remodeled in 2023, house has a primary bedroom with a queen bed, 1 twin bunk bed and 1 queen bunk bed, and an extra queen bed in the 3rd floor/ game room. Features the open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, perfect for entertaining, warm and inviting atmosphere. The area offers private oasis with a wrap around deck that offers amazing view of the bay and country feel ideal for relaxation. The Subdivision has a fishing deck and boat ramp.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located 2 blocks from the Palacios harbor. There is great fishing from the piers. The Sunshine house is walking distance to the water, fishing piers, restaurants, and downtown Palacios. Great bird watching also!
