Townhome vacation rentals in Paju-si

Location was really near exit 6 and was really convenient to get around. The apartment was also a really clean too. Host was friendly and responsive as well!

It was a lovely place. Few minminutes from Seokchon gobun station. Host was always nice and responsive.

I really liked staying at this place! The area has a lot of good restaurants, cafes and beautiful surroundings. The area next to the house is very peaceful and quiet, sometimes you can even hear birds singing which was very nice! The place itself is ideal for long-term stay, it had everything I needed: washing machine, induction, electric pot, hair dryer and even rice cooker! Also in the hall there is a water purifier and a microwave which was very convenient. The place also had a lot of storage space. The host was very helpful and if any problem occurred he answered within seconds. The host was also very cooperative when it came to providing documents for receiving ARC card, which I am very grateful for (that’s why I can recommend this place for students, especially if you come for language course training. You will be able to receive all the needed documents). In conclusion I had a very pleasant long term stay (a little bit more than 3 months) and would definitely recommend!

너무 친절하시구 깨끗하게 청소되어 있었어요!! 주차까지 배려해주셔서 올림픽공원에서 한 서재페도 덕분에 잘보고왔습니다. 아 다만 다음 손님께서..고기 냄새가 났다고 하신것같으신데..전날 저녁에 먹은건데..냄새가 안빠졌을리가 없는데 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 혹시 아래층은 아닐까...ㅠ 깨끗히 분리수거도 하고 나왓는데 괜히 조금 속상했습니다.! 이것도 호스트님께서 친절하게 말씀주셔서 괜찮았어요.! 너무 친절하셔서 차후 또 송파갈일 있으면 이용하고 싶었어요! 아 욕실 샤워기 필터만 교체해주세용ㅎ

Convenient for transportation, there are also many restaurants downstairs, with clean and comfortable rooms. Even sharing a bathroom is very convenient, making for a very pleasant stay.

房间很干净，里面有可以免费使用的洗衣机和烘干机，还有转换插头。

계단이 쪼꼼 많구 거실 밑 복도에 씨씨티비가 있어 옷을 잘 입고 다녀야하지만 감안해도 최고였어요! 숙소전체가 깨끗하고 예쁘고 방도 화장실도 많고 각방에 에어컨, 침대,무선 충전기도 있고 욕실에 화장솜 디테일까지! 여러모로 좋았어요! 다음에 지인들과 영종도 올때 꼭 또 올게요!

에어앤비에 최적화된 숙소라 생각합니다 집이란 공간에서 확인될 수 있는 다른 사람이 가진 삶의 모습을 볼 수 있는 곳입니다 단순한 숙소가 아닌 호스트의 취향이 곳곳의 숙소에 있습니다 여쭙지 못했지만 숙소 내 그림은 직접 그리신거 아닌가 싶긴하네요

InSoo is a wonderful host—always thoughtful and caring. He even carried my heavy suitcase all the way up to the room on the 4th floor. When it rained, he kindly brought me an umbrella. The room is clean and comfortable, and I loved having access to the sunroom where I could do my laundry freely. The neighborhood is full of charm, with unique local shops and a traditional market nearby. Plus, it’s just a short trip to the city center. Highly recommended as a base for your travels!

웨딩촬영 전 잠깐 머문 숙소지만 띠뜻하고 편하게 잘 지냈다가요~

넷플릭스, 유투브, X box, 안마기, 커피머신 없는게 없습니다 격리과정에서도 시간가는줄 모르고 너무 잘 지내고 왔습니다 특히 호스트님이 직접해주신 바베큐, 홍어애, 문어 숙회 잊지 못할겁니다

호스트 님이 너무 친절하시고 체크아웃 시간때도 불편한점 없었는지 피드백 할건 없는지 물어보시고 문 밖 까지 나와서 인사해주셔서 너무 고마웠습니다 무엇보다 역 바로 앞이라서 접근성이 너무 좋아요 다음에 또 올게요!

외국인손님들과함께하는 자리 였는데..다들 숙소가 너무 맘에 든다고 엄지척 했습니다..곳곳에 호스트님의 세심한배려가 돋보이는 숙소 였습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 찾아 오겠습니다.잘 쉬다 갑니다.

사장님이 가족처럼 너무 친절하게 대해 주시고 식사도 신경써 주셔서 따뜻한 마음으로 편히 지낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 파주 오면 또 방문하고 싶어요 !

필요한 물품 전부 구비되어있고 세심하게 챙겨놔주신 게 딱 보여서 좋았어요 청결하고 포근했어요 냉방도 최고입니당.. 급하게 잡은 숙소인데 원래도 사진이 예뻐보여서 기대했지만 실제로는 훨씬 기대 이상이었습니다 즐거운 추억 만들어주셔서 감사해요 또 놀러오겠습니다 :)

Stylish and spacious apartment with an amazing rooftop! The apartment is large, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially loved the rooftop — on sunny days, we had breakfast there and even joined work calls with a view! The neighborhood is full of great cafes, restaurants, and an incredible park just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

10명이서 방문했어요 매번 친구들끼리 풋살장 있는 펜션을 찾아 가평 홍천 등 가다가 우연히 알게되어 와봤는데 10명이 잘 수 있게 퀸사이즈 매트릭스 3개 퀸 침대 하나 그리고 또 여분 퀸사이즈 토퍼같은게 있고 쇼파도 있어서 10명이 잘 잤습니다 쇼파까지 하면 11명까지도 자겠네요 ! 사장님도 친절하셔서 bbq도 잘 해먹었구요 2층 넓고 좋네요 !! 다음에 또 올게요~!

Rosy's place was a great place to stay! If we ever visit Korea again, we will definitely want to stay there again! It was easy to get around from her place. It was walking distance to the subway, night market, and Nansam tower. A convenience store was located right downstairs. One of my sons got a haircut from one of the salons that was right next door. They did a great job and it was super affordable! The hole in the wall restaurants on the streets tasted like home cooking and there was also a local gym right up the street that my sons enjoyed working out at. It really was the perfect place for my family of 5 to stay at. Rosy was so accommodating and took very good care of us. We had a problem with the outlets because we had US plugs that caused a short circuit. Rosy found someone to fix that right away. I would highly recommend staying at Rosy's place for the convenience and also because she was a great host. She was so kind and sweet. Thank you Rosy!!
