excellent welcome, very friendly owners, very attentive to tenants, respond directly to our texts, inform us about the restaurants around us, a complete folder with all the information about the surroundings. The apartment matches the photos, nothing is missing, the bed is made and very good bedding, the bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower... the view from the balcony and the interior: the sea and the sunsets wow... go there without thinking, you won't be disappointed, the proof: we will surely rent again next year.

We had a excellent stay in a beautiful area. Lots of great walks to do. The apartment matches the photos, very well-equipped, very well-decorated and very quiet. Laurence gives all the directions for a smooth check-in. No complaints, we'll be back with pleasure!

Great apartment with great rooftop. The apartment is super cozy and super well maintained. The roof terrace offers a great view of the sea. It's only a few minutes to the beach. Great location and everything is within walking distance. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

We had a great weekend at Chrystelle's apartment which is totally in line with the photos and description of the listing! The accommodation is very well located in the beautiful residence overlooking Trestraou beach! Tastefully decorated and with everything you need for everyday life. Chrystelle is a very welcoming host who did not hesitate to take her time with us to explain the activities, good plans, etc. I highly recommend 🙂

We were warmly greeted by Noëlle, who is very friendly. She gave us some great tips for visiting the region. The apartment is very well-equipped, with good bedding and fast wifi. The view is beautiful on the Rosaires beach, which is nice to walk on. We highly recommend this listing. One regret: not staying longer!

The accommodation offered by Lucie is very functional, lots of storage and kitchen accessories. It matches the description perfectly and is good quality. Lucie is very approachable and accommodating. We had a great time and recommend Lucie ++++. See you soon... who knows... 😉

We had a great time. The apartment is very well-equipped. We found everything we needed. For example, baking paper for the oven, etc. The bedding is extremely good. The apartment is really spacious and the views are stunning! Pléneuf and the beach are within walking distance. We recommend it +++

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

Very nice small apartment, well decorated, very good bedding, great location, quiet. The garage is a plus for the car. The owner is very nice and responsive, she wants to meet the tenants for advice and explanations. We'll be happy to go back!

The place is very nice, well equipped and clean. We had problems with the heating but Renand took care of it right away. We couldn't find the garage entrance (poor description, doesn't match apartment address) and the garage space was very tight and difficult to park. We then preferred to park outside, it always had enough free spaces and these are (except July/August) free!

Very good extended weekend (4 nights), the accommodation is faithful to the description and in a good location. Valérie is very responsive, no problems, we recommend this listing.

A really great apartment within 2 minutes walk of a fantastic beach and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable and our daughters really enjoyed swimming in the on-site pool. We only stayed for two nights on our way through France but would definitely like to return and stay for longer.

Despite the positive review, there are a few important issues to note here. 'Leavetown' is actually 'Odalys Domaine des Roches Jaunes' holiday residence. Odlays have some questionable policies including inflated wifi rates, charged per user per day, with the 3/4G internet connection coincidentally blocked from the flats. They also charge to use the TV and the BBQ... Despite the issues mentioned I would highly recommend staying here. The location is right on the beach, the staff are friendly, the place is clean. Maison Kerdies is a Michelin recommended restaurant within walking distance.

An apartment ideally located for discovering the Perros-Guirec region. The beach is accessible at the foot of the apartment and the pool is very nice when the tide is not to your liking. The terrace with a view to the beach is a real plus! to note that right next door there are 2 very good creperies. Barbara was always responsive and attentive to our requests, especially for our arrival in the apartment.

Home with a great sea view and granite coastline! Very well equipped and clean. Parking space is convenient. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was spacious enough for a week. Restaurants and pool at the foot of the building. And beautiful walking tours within reach. We had a very nice week despite the weather!
