Monthly Rentals in Paia Bay

This was our 3rd stay at Cloe’s condo. All the 5 star reviews are true! It’s a great North Shore location and Cloe provides all the amenities that make our stay comfortable. She goes above and beyond what other hosts do in regards to embracing sustainable solutions (recycling, composting, etc.). We hope to stay at Cloe’s again next year! -Sharon & Joanna

Priceless! We spent our honeymoon at this beautiful home in Paia and would could not have asked for more! The location is extraordinary , right on the ocean with beautiful views and we slept to the sound of waves right out front. Plus it’s walkable to everything in cute downtown Paia. We only needed a car to travel elsewhere on the island. The home was spotless and exquisitely appointed with amenities and all the appliances, utensils and supplies (from kitchen to bathroom). Finally, the hospitality was amazing !Before we even arrived both the host and property manager had communicated with us to accommodate our schedule and stay. The property manager responded immediately to any request we had! We simply can’t recommend this special place and the team highly enough!

You’ve got both the ocean and the cute town of Paris at your doorstep, what more do you need? We loved having so many food choices (restaurants, cafes, grocery) in walking distance, and the lawn was perfect for kids to play. The covered porch overlooking the water is lovely. Inside everything is fresh and clean and as described. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again. One thing to know: you share the lawn with other units so while it feels overall very secluded and safe, there are occasionally people walking in front of your glass patio doors—so not complete privacy in that sense. We didn’t find it a problem though and our daughter was delighted to make friends with the “neighbors.”
