The 1400 square ft pool house comfortably sleeps 6 with a private pool & hot tub and plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The pool house is located on 1 1/2 acres in an upscale neighborhood . We live in the main house. Our property is very quiet, secluded, and walled. Plenty to do, including pool table, darts, horseshoes, games, etc.

There are 6 beds that comprise of 1 king, 2 queen, 2 singles and a queen size sofa bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The back patio offers a spa, eating table, and fire pit.

It’s an older home with minor cosmetic updates coming soon, but it’s clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Walls are thin, so sound may travel easily between rooms. The A/C and heater are older and may take longer to adjust, and the heater can be loud. We provide portable heaters, fans, and heated blankets for added comfort during your stay.

The house is large enough to accomodate 2 families or more. Gated around the property for safety and plenty of room to park large vehicles, trailors and RV's. Even has RV Hook-ups if needed.
