Alhamdulillah we are family of 10 and 1 child. Extremely satisfied with everything, amenities, price, suggestions, private bathrooms, private pool. Lots of family games and kids friendly. Virla is a great host with a great place! Went there with a group of friends, and it was such a cool experience. Enough space for everyone and lots to do! From board games, pool table, bbq, , ping pong, jacuzzi, tv. Highly recommend!

Overall, everything was good and satisfying except for one room that wasn’t equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom also lacked safety because it couldn’t be locked from the inside, which is quite risky as it’s located at the end near the main entrance. The pool was okay, but there was no barrier between the adult and children’s sections. Other than that, everything was superb! Highly recommend!

The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and the house provides towels, extra pillows, an extra mattress, outdoor and kids’ swimming accessories, and much more. It’s a cozy and welcoming place with friendly vibes. You won’t regret a single penny spent!

I had a wonderful stay at this house! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The parking space in front was spacious, which made things really convenient for my family. I hosted a small birthday party for close family members and it was such a great experience—especially with the swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved! They had so much fun. The location is also convenient, with some shops and a petrol station nearby. The owner, Ms. Florah, was very kind and responsive. She answered all my questions quickly and made the whole process smooth. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, bottled water, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’m already planning to come back again in the future!

The house is very clean. Prayer mats are also provided. Clear instructions for using each switch. Complete kitchen. The children say it's like staying in a hotel.really recommended.

Good place to stay

Tok'esudence is very spacious. Have 4 Bedroom and 3 toilet. Very clean n well maintained. Quite surrounding but near to amenities. Is centrally located in the middle of town. Local foods n dessert are within walking. If you staying at Tok's residence do visit Cowboy Supermarket. Is awesome. Groceries are not expensive n plenty of choice for household needs Highly recommend. Will do stay again if I visit Kuantan

Booked this place to have a simple company dinner/get together / meeting, place is easy to find, check in and out was seamless, spacious and very clean, on a weekend parking is ample. Would def book this place again thank you so much for the lovely stay

Our team’s hangout at 4Balance Homestay hit the sweet spot between chill and fun. The roomy living area fit our little speeches and games without feeling cramped, and we loved drifting between the cinema, pool table, and board games. Bedrooms were cozy, bathrooms spotless, and extras like extra blankets and plenty of outlets made winding down easy. The hosts were super approachable as it always always a quick text away for more chairs, snack tips, or directions Indeed, we could focus on hanging out, not logistics, create sweet memories and have a great bonding there.

Suhanna's place is at the prime area and its so accessible to the main centres without much hassle. The house was perfect with a quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back again and recommend as well.

The place was extremely clean, exactly like the pictures. Location is right in the city centre of all the popular malls! But driving will be a hassle because of the jam. Overall, the experience was very good. Entire apartment is very well maintained. If I were to come back, I’ll book this apartment again!

Our whole family enjoyed staying at the homestay. There were pools for adults and children, and karaoke for us to enjoy. The homestay was clean and spacious enough for all 12 of us. The beach was just a 5-minute drive away.
