First floor, one bedroom, beautifully updated condo located by the pool. This unit is perfectly sized for a solo trip or an adventurous couple wanting to have a nice quiet getaway. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the large sitting deck and watch the sunset while grilling your dinner or pull your boat into a slip and throw a line off the fishing platform. Looking for more adventure? Rent a golf cart and take the 2 mile trip to Whitecap Beach or check out some of our favorite local restaurants!

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

**No pet fees** Private 2-bedroom home with a queen-size bed in each bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 is fully private and the other is partially private. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.

Oceanside Retreat

A short walk from the beach, come enjoy your stay at this cozy ocean view retreat. Sip your cup of coffee or enjoy a nice dinner while watching the sunrise/sunset on the balcony. This cute little gem is close to many bars/restaurants. Golf cart available and recommended at the lowest rate on the island with condo rental. This 1/1 king suite has a brand new memory foam mattress, a futon couch/bed, & 2 smart TV’s. Beach chairs and equipment included.
