We were 6 ppl ( 4 adults , one 19 year old and one 13 yr old ) . THe place was neat and clean, very close to the Thiruparappu falls, which was our primary requirement . The place was clean, neat and had all basic things that was required for us . We enjoyed the silence and the place in general. Falls is literally a 5 minute walk and so is the boat club. The caretaker Mr SUresh was really polite, friendly and very helpful. We are complete vegetarians, hence we had requested to check on some good place to get us veg breakfast , caretaker took pains to get us breakfast , the food was okay not that great, its not the host's fault but you may have to make your own food if you are particular. Other than that, has parking for 2 cars. The place is a good one for a family

It is a spacious house with well appointed facilities. At the tail end of our road trip, the large space and individual attached clean bathrooms were much appreciated. Kitchen had a lot of amenities and supplies that was a pleasant surprise. Shanmugasundaram shared good local recommendations and was extremely responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. It is close to all major sights (car) but in a residential area so we can enjoy the peace and quiet after a long tiring day. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor which is helpful if your traveling with elders.

Overall, the place is very comfortable with a beautiful garden vibe. It’s filled with a variety of flower and fruit plants, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Conveniently located within walking distance from the railway station, and close to attractions like the Thiruvalluvar Statue. The host was warm and welcoming — felt just like visiting a relative’s home. Would definitely stay again on my next visit.

Very well maintained property surrounded by nature. We are a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens included and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Naveen is a great host and constantly checking up on us on the whereabouts and the stay.

A modern kitchen features elegant wood cabinetry and turquoise accents. Glass doors reveal neatly organized shelves with glassware and utensils. A gas cooktop is positioned center-stage on a spacious countertop, illuminated by natural light from large windows, creating a bright and functional cooking space.

Amazing place, neat and tidy, photogenic surroundings.. we were wow'd by the landscape and interiors. It felt 'Home' though we were away. Each and everything was properly arranged, let it be basic kitchen items or extra lenins.. arranging a maid or a cook.. everything was instantly addressed by Syakesh and Aswathy. We had a great time here. Our kids enjoyed and played a lot. The sprinklers, buddha and outside sitting area added peace, beauty and amazing feel to us for our 10days of stay. Did not realise how days went fast. I would definitely revist this place if there is a plan again and also will recommend everyone to visit if Trivandrum is in your travel list. Thanks to both of you for making our busy schedule relaxing, memorable and fun for our little one.
