As for bathrooms, we have 4 of the 4 suites, plus 3 toilets and 1 outdoor bathroom.

The site is located 4 km from the headquarters of Pacoti, and has its access by the CE-253, being 400m from the famous Sítio São Luís Institute. A perfect environment for days of leisure and rest, the house has 2 bedrooms (one en-suite), an American kitchen integrated into the living room, as well as a very cozy balcony with hammock hangers.

Our house is located 4 km from downtown Guaramiranga. It is a charming, clean house, without the smell of mold and surrounded by nature. The location is safe and quiet. We have a caretaker who lives on the premises, as well as a camera security system. It is our private infinity pool that I now make available so that people can enjoy this peaceful little corner. It has a barbecue, pizza oven and a small pool with hydromassage for up to 6 people.
