Nice place for rod run. Just out of town but right on main street. Perfect for what we wanted. Little older place maybe some would say dated but its a beach house.

This is a great place for a family retreat; having 3 different areas for sleeping and a kitchen and a bathroom helped; great size fenced yard for kids and dogs was wonderful. Really appreciated the laundry room and the extra boots, jackets, toys and games. Short walk to ocean. Kitchens were fully stocked with all the dishes, silverware , utensils, appliances etc. Our family really enjoyed it!!

Exactly as described. Well laid out and extremely well stocked. Had everything we needed for a great time at the beach. One of the beach access road is about a 10 min walk. Close to the go carts so walkable into town. The road outside can get busy during the day but in the morning is quiet. Dog friendly with a great fenced outdoor yard and fire pit. Had a great time and felt very comfortable for our family getaway.

Great spot, close to many of the popular restaurants and a walk or short drive to the rest. 5-min walk to the beach. Very accommodating hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay at Christian's house! We traveled with our two kids (under 4), my parents (over 70), and my sister, her husband, and our dogs. The house is in a perfect location, our kids could ride their bikes up and down the street and felt completely safe. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The house itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you could want, from a blender to a waffle iron, to a panini press. They even had a pack n play for our 2 year old and wagons for the kids as well as kites and skim boards to use. Christian was incredibly responsive and helpful if/when we had questions. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs. One thing to note is that the two king bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen is upstairs along with the kids room and the other king bedroom. We were worried this could be difficult to have the kids room by the kitchen, but with some white noise they were fine!

Scott was responsive and helpful. He welcomed us on the first night and supported us through our stay when we wanted to extend an extra night. He quickly responded that we were welcome to have a few family members over for dinner. It was easy to feel at home.

We recently along with 4 other family stayed in Julie’s home for the long weekend and to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Great space for the kids with bunk beds, and every room had some entertainment and with stacked board games. Julie was very responsive and had an amazing experience with beach very close to home. Highly recommend if you are planning to visit Lon beach or surrounding areas.

2nd time we've stayed in the last couple of months. This place works perfectly for our 3-generation get away weekend. Our young grandkids love this place & how easy it is for us to walk to the beach. Everything is clean and new looking. The kitchen is well stocked - only issue was the toaster only works while you're holding the handle down, which took a bit for us to get used to! This place is pet friendly and works well for the dog, too. Hopefully we'll get a chance to come back again!

Loved our stay. House was clean, comfortable, and was in a private area away from town. Loved the decor and the view. Would definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay! We absolutly felt at home. Our stay was just like being at our own place but away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Fully fenced back yard was amazing but maybe for bigger dogs. Our small pup could easily slip out under the fence. Not a big deal though. All in all we had the BEST stay ever and will be back to stay again. Thank you Caity! You are a wonderful host!!!!!

Beautiful, peaceful retreat. Lots of birds and a mama deer. Comfy beds, great kitchen space. All-around great space and stay. We came for the Astoria Goonies 40th Anniversary weekend and loved being a short drive from Astoria and getting away from the crowd and being able to relax and have everything we needed right there - including restaurants and market within walking distance. We will be staying here again!

We decided to extend our beach vacation since the weather was so nice. This house was good sized and laid out well. They had plenty of books and games for our 3 & 5 year old grandkids. The bedrooms were split from the living area of the house so the kids could sleep while we stayed up without any difficulty. The kitchen was well equipped & we even used the charcoal grill on the deck.

The wood burning stove was the highlight of our stay! end of May and having to light a fire for warmth. that just touched our souls! Will stay here again!!!

This little cottage sports an amazing view to wake up to. It served well as a central point for our adventures to the 3 forts in the area that served for the Triangle of Fire. Well worth it and had everything we needed. When the microwave decided to die she came out with a new one as soon as she could.

Such a lovely and relaxing spot! Enjoyed hot tub soaking while watching ducks float down the creek, reading by a crackling fire every evening, and restful sleep on the huge comfy bed :)

Absolutely serene and majestic location, in fact I proposed to my girlfriend on the dock! You basically have your own private lake and are unable to see any neighboring houses. The house itself was immaculate and very cozy while also being quite large. The twinkling stars on the ceiling in the kitchen and theatre room made it very magical. Will definitely be back!

Lovely and spacious home filled with fantastic amenities perfect for two families (grand parents, kids, and a baby). The kitchen was nicely stocked and the living room was a great hang out place. About 5 minutes to a park and walk (about 60 seconds) beach or a drive on beach with AWD/4WD. Westport 15 minutes away with stores, shops, and restaurants, but loved the "country living" feel. Can't wait to go back again.

This beautiful home in Westport is a true gem! It’s spacious and well-stocked with appliances. My family was impressed by the variety of appliances and how easy they were to use. The bedrooms are also great, with ample space for comfortable sleep. The hot tub was a great bonus! The fire pit is nice during the night and the Nintendo switch plus pacman for kids are just the finishing touch! Love this home!

Caitlin’s list was amazing. So many thoughtful touches. Very clean and well designed. Comfortable furniture and so so many amenities! The location is perfectly close to so much to do in the area. We’re absolutely staying here again.

TC is a great host. Very responsive, warm and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the room decor themes, they were whimsical and tastefully done. Plenty of beach towels supplied. Altho we very much appreciated being allowed to bring our dog along, we misunderstood about the yard being fully fenced, which it is not. Treats and dog bowls for the pups are a thoughtful touch. Nice big kitchen, even frosted beer mugs awaited us in the freezer. The pantry door has chalkboard paint for leaving fun messages and drawings for each other 😄 Every single thing we needed for cooking was supplied! Thanks again for welcoming my family into your home. This lovely home and property was absolutely perfect for our three families! It is close to all the highlights in and around the Long Beach area. The amazing game room and the large hot tub were favorites for the kids and adults. The home is very clean and spacious. It had great spaces for spending time together; especially for family meals and playing board games. The bedrooms were the perfect size, had comfy beds, beautiful decor, and a cozy atmosphere. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own space. I highly recommend this property, and we hope to come back soon!!
