House vacation rentals in Pa Tan Sub-district

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

We had such a perfect stay at Xiaoxie’s Airbnb! We loved it so much we ended up extending an extra 5 nights. The location is amazing and in walking distance to the best spots in the old town. There are also lots of great cafes and restaurants very nearby. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the couch and watching Netflix after a long day of exploring. The shower gets very hot, and the bed was super comfortable. The private pool was a highlight for us! We would love to stay here again, and I think this would be a perfect place for longer stays in Chiang Mai.

I’m staying at a villa in Chiang Mai with a fantastic location —it’s very close to the Old City and within walking distance of the night market. This is so different from the Chiang Mai villas I stayed in before outside the city, which were in remote locations with nothing around. What I especially love are the several mango 🥭 trees in the garden. There are so many large mangoes falling from the trees 🌴 that I couldn’t possibly eat them all! I will definitely back again for mangoes! Highly recommended!

Amazing, quiet, place just outside of Chiang Mai. Food is great quality, staff is incredible. Would definitely stay here again!

Very happy five nights. Very quiet. Very clean house. Very large. Suitable for two or three families to play together. There are clean towels and water every day. There is also a housekeeper who cleans every day.

4 people stayed, and the cleanliness, facilities, and things to do inside were all satisfactory.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

A gem! As an architect I loved the design of the house. You can see the creative energy the owners put into this project. I highly recommend it. Second floor offers full privacy. First floor is a bit more open towards the street, but I liked it as you get to feel the vibe of the neighborhood. Perfect for 2-4 people.

Cute hidden gem in Chiang mai. The house is sooo pretty and looks exactly like in the picture. Also located in a quiet neighborhood. Nithi is very responsive and very helpful. Very recommended this place to anyone coming to Chiang mai :)

The apartment is clean and quiet, in a quiet alley, next door there is a small shop, very convenient, nearby to massage and eat, CP value is super high

it was just the place we (group of 5) were looking for. It was clean, located in one of the prime areas with all the amenities nearby. we have dwverything around the corner and logistics were very easy. We would definitely recommend this property and would want to stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. If we weren't on a schedule to leave for Phuket, I would have liked to stay longer. I especially liked walking around the neighborhood. There were nice cafes, restaurants, art galleries, etc. Tinnaphat was extremely responsive and helpful. The place is spacious, clean, and had nice finishes. They also provided complimentary snacks.

Is there another accommodation that was this good? Even if you give 1000 points out of 5, it's not enough. It's too spacious for 2 people, but it's the best place for 3 or more people! I told Rath, but it's much better in real life than in the photos. (I asked for an update, but I think they left it as it is, saying that there are cases where people are disappointed when they see the actual product) Features 1. Free airport pick-up/drop-off The flight from Korea to Chiang Mai was delayed, but it was a very comfortable trip because you provided a pick-up and drop-off service even at a late hour.(Stay here without moving to another accommodation and return home) 2. Accommodation condition It was a traditional wooden accommodation, so it was really emotional and special. I heard that the host, Rath, is renovating the house where his mother-in-law lived. I was even more grateful and used it with care, knowing that it was a precious space for the family. I also liked the spacious space divided into the first and second floors. 1st floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining table, living room, kitchen, backyard washing machine (detergent, fabric softener available) The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a large TV and a living room space It's made up like this, All the beds were king or queen, and there were blackout curtains in every room, so I slept comfortably. The shower pressure wasn't that strong, but It wasn't uncomfortable to have long hair Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, everything was nice.😀 The product was a local product, and it was better because you gave me a new product instead of a refill. I changed the shower filter, and it was much less dirty than other areas, so I was very satisfied. 3. Quick contact, local feedback I contacted them frequently through messenger, etc. for inquiries, and they answered very quickly, so I reflected various local information (restaurants, traffic conditions, etc.) in my travel itinerary. It was so nice. Since he worked as a flight attendant in the past, he was good at English, so there was no difficulty in communicating. 4. Linked services I was introduced to the private tour of Doin Tanon, and even the driver was so kind. I was completely satisfied! I was able to use the massage in the front building at a reasonable price. Local massage is also good. Try it! If it's this much, they'll say that I'm from Rath's family! Love the place. Too many bugs in rainy seasons. So be careful with that. A bit noisy with the insects at night too. But serene view and raindrop falling into the pool sounds so mind soothing. We accidentally damaged a piece of glass on the door when killing mosquitoes. So sorry for that but Lalita helped us out with quick response and timely staff assistance. Many thanks for the lovely stay.
