Cozy apartment in Trøndelån with a 5 minute walk down to the sea with a small sandy beach. Lovely rural setting where you can really enjoy a break surrounded by sea, forest and open landscape Living room with dining table, sofa seating area and fireplace. Kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove and coffee maker. Nice size bathroom with a shower and a toilet. 5 minutes walk up to Byneset golf course. Outdoor parking (without charging) The home is located in the same house as the landlord, but has a private entrance and is secluded.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Here you have many great opportunities for nature experiences like hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, cross country skiing and more. Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
