This beautiful and clean vacation rental in The Villages is in a prime location near Lake Sumter Landing. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet & use of a new electric cart. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai, free guest passes to use at the many close pools and rec centers, optional golf passes (fee). 1 bdrm w/ king bed and equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people.

Located in an excellent area in the Chatham neighborhood, of the Bromley villas. This home offers easy access to restaurants, shopping and recreation. For nightly entertainment you're a short distance away from Lake Sumter land and Spanish Spring town Square where you will find many restaurants, grocery stores and free nightly live entertainment. This home is fully equipped with everything you need. Pets are allowed. Recreational guest passes included. Golf cart not included with reservation.

This old Florida house offers everything. Centrally located near the intersection of US301 / CR466 you live yet laidback in the middle of nature. The home was completely remodeled in 2023 and really everything in this home is completely new. The home is used by the owners for their own family when they come to FL so everything was set up the way you would for yourself. Precious memory foam mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. On 0.4 acre you enjoy the backyard yet are close to everything.

Take the golf cart (cart included) to nearby Lake Sumter Landing to enjoy nightly entertainment, dining and shopping. Close to golf courses, pools and multiple recreation centers for pickleball, tennis or a multitude of other activities. Work from home space also provided (computer not provided).

Fabulous Courtyard Villa close to Sumter Landing

This home is the perfect vacation. When we saw this beautifully decorated villa, we felt like we were home. The exquisite landscaping was exactly what we have been looking for! The location is a mile from Sumter Landing and a stone's throw from the two pools, billiards, shuffleboard, pickleball, bocce ball. The best way to see it all is by the golf cart!!! The Villages has its own GPS for the Cart Paths. Schedule your stay and start packing your bags for an amazing experience.
