Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Municipality of Oviedo

My stay at the house was great. The apartment is in a privileged location, four minutes from downtown. It has all the services around it, several supermarkets, restaurants, shops. The entrance and exit to go see other villages is fantastic. The condition of the house is wonderful, with very good mattresses, washing machines, dryer, independent kitchen no noise can be heard It has a garage space a minute away for a large vehicle. I recommend it 100% and the owners are very attentive and I thank them for the stay.

Excellent place to stay! It has everything that you may need, impecable and beautiful 😻. Location is perfect, supermarket and parking garage right next to it. 2 minutes walk to the beach. I will come back if I have the chance.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Victor is very friendly. The key handover took place in person. If I had any questions, I could easily write him a message and quickly get a message back. :)

The location is very good, and in the photos it looked very good, but when we arrived we were very surprised and for the better, it is even better than it looked. We were 2 couples, and without even asking, Raquel wrote to me to give me the option to check in before the time since she had it ready, and the same for the checkout, something that we thank her very much for since we were going for a wedding and it was difficult for us to go to bed. The apartment was super clean, all the details were very well taken care of, you feel right at home. Raquel, the host, a 10, very nice and attentive and above all, thoughtful, since she took care of details such as leaving us some breakfast, a bottle of cold water, and even toothpaste and toothbrushes, as if she knew me and knew that I had forgotten mine🤣. Without a doubt, when we return to Gijón, we will return to your apartment if it is available.

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

It's all over the description. It had everything, with its instructions and amazing. We didn't have time to take advantage of it. Kitchen and bathroom with many utensils and supplies, towels and 10 linens. I recommend it and I would come back without thinking. Thank you, Maria 😉

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

Viktor's house is very good option if you want to go in a group and be able to enjoy moments of tranquility. Equally, if you want to make tourism. you are less than 20mins from the center of gijon. Highly recommended!! Viktor had us prepared a great variation of things for breakfast also you had oil, salt and spices to cook at home. We had a great time.

Perfect for a ski weekend. A few minutes from San Isidro. Warm, welcoming and with everything you need. From the hosts, everything was easy, good willingness and kindness. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

A lovely place. The house, distributed on three levels, is great for a long stay. In the lower area, there is a garage, a fully-equipped social and games room in which you have an expansion area to play with the little ones.... A full bathroom and laundry On the ground floor, an impeccable, comfortable living room with all kinds of utilities (Google Home, Netflix...), a kitchen with everything you need (even fruit and coffee...) three bedrooms (two double and one single double) and a full bathroom. Everything was clean and organized and with pleasant decor. The icing on the cake is a charming porch with a barbecue and lawn... On the upper floor, a double bedroom and an attic with two twin beds. The icing on the cake is a heated salt pool that provides a lot of fun You add to a host who goes out of his way to make things easier for you... and you have a dream place where a 4-day bridge falls short. I'll be back, for a longer time...

The only problem was the parking, but it was well located and the apartment conditions are as explained, everything was very good except the parking

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Luis is a very good host. The house is spacious, clean and located in a quiet area but very close to downtown, very comfortable to walk everywhere. Luis has facilitated us restaurants and bars where to have a drink in case I could help us, he was very kind in the delivery of the keys to the house and available when contacting.
