This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful 4 ½ months in Oud-Heverlee and immediately felt at home. The café operations did not disturb us. Instead, we were able to enjoy the stunning terrace, which we had all to ourselves, especially in the mornings before the café opened at 2 PM. The surrounding nature is impressively beautiful. Many small lakes and great forests criss-crossed by small and large paths invite you to walk and cycle. The old town of Leuven can also be reached by bike in half an hour.

What a pleasure to arrive in such a large, well-equipped, impeccable apartment, close to the city center while being quiet. Small touches that show that the owner is attentive to the well-being of his tenants and very clear information to arrive in the best conditions. There is nothing missing, everything is in perfect condition and the apartment is even bigger than what appears in the photo album. We had a wonderful week and will definitely stay there again. A good place for a short stay is perfect, but since I spent a month it was not so useful for me because I did not have a washing machine and everything was very far away They were always very attentive, responding immediately, and what was requested was taken into account The bad thing is you can hear the stairs too much and I had a baby, which caused some bad moments, but I think it's a good place with a comfortable bed, a good living room with TV. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house those days

We enjoyed being surrounded by woods, the great view from the living room, the comfortable and quiet accommodation, as well as its location. Hosts are very responsive and considerate.

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at James'. Starting with the welcome: a young lady from the restaurant downstairs greeted us, helped us with carrying the suitcases upstairs and showed us around. Beautiful place, very well located, friendly communications. Highly recommended.

Rachel place was described, very clean, very close to the metro and attractions. The bed was very comfortable as well. Communication was easy and response was quick when ever I asked questions. The instructions given by Rachel & Jean Marc were very clear. Really appreciate the effort that they put in. The only issue we had was the poor soundproofing, which is probably the same for the buildings around Europe. The bedroom seems to be next to the neighbor's kitchen/dining area. We got woken up in the middle of the night by the noise/sound of the neighbor making food after a late night out. and the next couple days we can hear them getting ready for the day in the morning. Not sure if it only happened to us as there weren't many people who mentioned about this issue. Other than that, we had a good time in the flat, nothing else to complain.

Super happy with the apartment! The space was perfect for 4 people and even though the weather wasn’t good enough to make use of the pool we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and the city center is easily accessible through public transport. It only takes a few minutes to reach the station and the quick walk takes you along a nice pond. Vincent was a great host and flexible regarding the check-in which was greatly appreciated as we had to arrive later than expected. We would definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend in the city!

Highly, highly recommend! Great instructions before you arrive including local recommendations - very clear. In a great spot in Brussels. Apartment was very clean, with lots of amenities (including espresso pods!) and very comfy throughout. If you’re staying in Brussels for work or pleasure, I recommend staying here. Would do again!

This is my best AIRNB home in Belgium . The quality of the care of the person's well-being ( like the airnb of nathalie in Kinshasa Gombe ) . They are exceptional people. The place is beautiful with a poetic and biodiversity garden, a home arranged with artistic taste class and pleasant. The purified water is very pleasant in the shower . A perfect stay quality price is worth a visit to go there. Kind regards, a very big thank you to them for this sharing to do well for everyone's happiness. It was great, short but a very cozy apartment and the jaccuzi is really an extra element. Also, our host was super warm (even the decoration) and very available

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Very nice house, well furnished, with all the comforts you need. Beautiful clean space. Jacuzzi and terrace is really a plus 👍🏻 with a beautiful view. Very nice welcome, no worries. Note that you are on a national road and therefore during the day, there is the noise of traffic😉. Recommended nevertheless!

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all the comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all the rooms to make you feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.
