The house is located in a condominium in the noblest and most beautiful place in the city, Pontal do Atalaia. You can access the big beach from the back of the condominium, through a staircase. In addition to being a lovely and special place, there is a pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, bars, nearby market. Guests will have free access to the beach called " As Prainhas", this is well crowded, with limited access, in addition, they will not pay for the parking for the beach. The guests will have direct contact with the owner .
