Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ovacık Mahallesi

Second year back here, great house that is even better than the pictures. The host is really helpful & communicative and arranged our transfers too which was really helpful. Walking distance to the town & a taxi button right outside for going to the beach/markets. Overall a great house & pool in a great location. Highly recommend.

Naciye Hanıma, gerçekten çok şık ve kullanışlı dekore ettiği evini bizlerle paylaştığı için çok teşekkürler. Gerçekten evimiz ticari faaliyetten uzak, tanıdığımız birinin evi gibiydi. Çekmeceler dahil her yer pırıl pırıldı. Emrivaki sayılabilecek sonradan çıkan misafirlerimizi de anlayışla kabul etti, en ufak bir eksiğimiz yoktu. Lokasyon harikaydı, 7 dk da sahile iniyorsunuz araçla, marketlere 2-3 dk inebilirsiniz. Nemden uzak, şehrin gürültüsünden uzak ama hemen dibinde harika bir evdi, bölgesel olarak internette kopmalar yaşanabildiğini paylaşmak isterim. Tekrar gidersem, kesinlikle ev aramayacağım, Naciye Hanıma çok teşekkürler.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa rundum genossen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der makellosen Sauberkeit – alles war blitzsauber, gepflegt und liebevoll hergerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Die Villa ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch ideal gelegen: Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, was besonders praktisch für entspannte Tage am Meer ist. Gleichzeitig ist auch die Stadt schnell erreichbar – ideal, wenn man zwischendurch mal bummeln, essen gehen oder einkaufen möchte. Ein weiteres Highlight war der private Pool: sauber, angenehm temperiert und perfekt zum Abkühlen und Entspannen – ein echtes Plus! Die Kombination aus Ruhe, Komfort, Strandnähe und Stadtnähe macht diese Unterkunft wirklich besonders. Wir können sie ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben 7 wundervolle Nächte in der Villa verbracht und hatten eine rundum erholsame Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ebenso der Pool – alles wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Mustafa, der uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und bei Fragen sofort geholfen hat. Man sollte wissen, dass Yesilüzümlü ein eher abgelegener Ort ist – genau richtig für alle, die Ruhe suchen und einfach mal abschalten möchten. Wer doch mal etwas Trubel möchte, ist mit dem Auto oder Taxi in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Fethiye. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Olumlu yönler ; Ev tam fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Her yer çok temizdi. Havuz bakımlı ve güzeldi. Bahçe çok güzeldi hatta taze soğan toplayıp yemeklere kattık. Havlular ve yataklar çok temizdi. Sabah kalktığınızda kuş sesleri huzur veriyordu. Şömine ve mangal olması çok güzeldi. Gayet güvenli bir konumdaydı. Olumsuz yönler ; Bir şezlongun kilit sistemi kırıktı. Elim arasına sıkıştı ve parmağım ciddi hasar gördü. Jakuzinin fıskiyesi çalışmadı. İnternet bağlantısı hiç yok denecek kadar azdı. Gelişime açık yönler ; Havuzla sebzelerin arasındaki alan çok boş kalmış. Oraya da bir şeyler ekilebilir veya hareketlendirilebilir. Yan villalarda inşaat devam ettiği için gürültü geliyor.İnşaat bittikten sonra tercih edilebilir. Salondaki halı değiştirilebilir,lekeler var rahatsız ediyor. Navigasyon ile geleceklere tavsiyem önce Göcek’e gelip arka yoldan gelsinler. Dalaman tarafından girince yol inanılmaz bozuk. Tüm bunların dışında rahatlıkla tercih edilip gelinmesi gereken bir yer.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

Daha öncede kaldığım binadaki diğer apartları da satın almış ve 4 apart ile hizmet sunmaya başlamışlar , villa tutmayı düşünüyorduk , yarı fiyatından da az maliyetle bu apartı tuttuk ve neredeyse villa konforundaydı paramızı sonuna kadar hak etti , 20-30 daireden oluşan büyük sitedeki apartlardan daha ucuz , çok daha bakımlı ve huzurlu . Necla hanımın oğlu Özgür'e çok teşekkür ederiz çok hızlı bir şekilde mesajlarımıza yanıt verdi ve bölge hakkında yapabileceğimiz aktivitelerde önerilerde bulundu , bulunduğu konum mükemmel.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Spotlessly clean apartment, perfect for the 2 of us, a car is useful. The pool was lovely, cleaned regularly. Host met us, there was no need to contact him again until checkout as everything perfect, comfy bed, plenty of hot water, I worked and internet was super. It was so peaceful in the evenings to use the bbq and relax. We stayed for 10 days and wished we had booked longer .

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

muhteşem bir manzarası var evin, özellikle akşamüstünden guneş batana kadar olan zaman çok keyifli. konum olarak iyi, merkezin hareketliliğinin biraz dişinda daha sakin ama heryere yakın.

Ev çok güzel ve büyük. Havuz ve mangalda yemek pişirilebilmesi hoşuma gitti. Ev sahibi mesajlara hızlı cevap veriyor ve her durumda yardıma hazır

Aydın Bey bizi güleryüzle karşıladı. Evi yeterince geniş ve rahattı. Çarşaflar ve örtüler gayet temizdi. Akşam biraz üşüdüğümüz için kalın battaniye rica ettik ve hemen temin etti sağolsun. Bize ev yapımı zeytinyağlarından ikram etti, çok beğendik. Kalabalık aileler rahatça konaklayabilir, biz kısa süre kaldık ama uzun süre konaklayanlar için evin güzel bir bahçesi de var, orada vakit geçirmek de çok hoş olabilir. Aydın Bey ve ailesine teşekkür ederiz.

Pelin回复消息很及时，我们一开始没找到公寓，通过Pelin的帮助找到了。我们比入住时间提早到了，公寓楼下有办公室，可以寄存行李和休息。非常好。这里距离去海滩的公交车站很近，公交站有超市可以采购果蔬，可以在公寓的厨房做饭。有配套的游泳池。 附近很安静，但是晚上有鸡叫和狗叫。另外对于cactus房间，唯一的卫生间在卧室里面，睡在客厅的人上厕所会影响到卧室的人。不过问题不大。
