Wir waren 14 Tage hier und haben uns ganz wunderbar erholt. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht, das Bett ist sehr bequem und nachts ist es auch völlig ruhig. Tagsüber bekommt man das Leben der Stadt mit. Füßgänger, Autos, Mofas, Fahrräder und Eselfuhrwerke, hier kommt tagsüber alles vorbei. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum mit einigen Cafés, aber auch innerhalb ein paar Minuten in den Palmengärten der Oase. In der Straße gibt es vielerlei Geschäfte, Lebensmittel gleich schräg gegenüber. Wir haben die meiste Zeit selbst gekocht.

We stayed for four nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children aged 3, 5 and 8 years. The house is furnished beautifully in traditional Moroccan style and decorated with many ornaments, curios, and artworks. We were shocked on arrival by the property's palatial appearance, but soon settled in with the help of the guardian Mohammed and housekeeper Habiba. We thought it was self-catering but were informed by the host that if we bought the food then Habiba would cook for us. The cooking was to a high standard with extra luxuries like homemade cake, but what is prepared relies on what you provide and your instructions. We requested traditional Moroccan food. Mohammed and Habiba could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Mohammed is on call for any needs like taxis. The extensive garden of established plants and trees is illuminated by lanterns at night. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular. The kids loved the swimming pool but must be supervised. Better than any hotel.

Tutto incredibile, sono stati tutti carinissimi e ospitali: proprio come se fossimo parte della famiglia. Stanza accogliente e silenziosa, ma la cosa migliore è stata la cucina! Partendo dal te con i biscotti all’accoglienza, passando per la cena tutti insieme con il tajine fino alla colazione abbondantissima, tutto di produzione casalinga! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo di certo😊

Incontournable pour le calme, et la beauté du site! Meryem et Jawad vous accueille avec une grande générosité. Ils répondront à tous vos besoins et trouveront une solution si vous avez un problème. Meryem vous prépare une cuisine authentique et familiale, très bonne et Jawad est le meilleur guide de Tamnougalt! Il vous fera découvrir avec beaucoup de passion et de connaissances le ksar, la merveilleuse casbah restaurée par l'association ainsi que la palmeraie et la vallée du Draa. Jawad peut aussi vous organiser un campement dans le désert. On vous conseille vivement de vous y rendre si vous aimez les visites sans cohue touristique et si vous recherchez l'authenticité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir rendre visite à Meryem, Jawad et leurs deux adorables enfants !

I love how we were recieved, his father is a true renaissance man, the host was very friendly and we got tea on the house. The place itself was truly magical, I felt like i was in 1001 arabian nights. Shokran!
