At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

It is located right next to all the shops (butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, bakery, restaurants…), a short walk from the museums and the castle of William the Conqueror and the aquatic center. A 5-minute walk away you will find: bakeries, grocery store, supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, pizzeria, kebab, florist, beautician... It sleeps 4 people with all the essentials required for a pleasant, light stay. On Wednesday morning there is the market in the city center. We are 30 minutes from the airport and the boat.

Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.

Our old bakery is part of our farmhouse. On the ground floor, it is equipped with an equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom has 3 separate beds. Outside, our guests have access to a private terrace with garden furniture. For breakfast, we offer bread made on the farm from cereals grown by us. Close to the greenway, walkers will appreciate this stopover.
