The Landscape

In this luxurious spacious home, you will experience rural life at its best! With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forests, it is wonderful to relax. Even from your bed, you can enjoy the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Waterfront villa-Wellness-National Park

Spacious and comfortable vacation villa on the water, in the middle of the nature and water sports paradise National Park de Alde Feanen. The former company house has a large garden with a Finnish Sauna, Steam shower and a Hot tub (extra charge!), jetties, terraces and a private beach. Welcome to our unique tiny house, hidden in a private forest on the outskirts of the charming Frisian village of Noordwolde. This modern accommodation is ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In the summer, enjoy your spacious private garden with seating area, a veranda and a hammock among the trees. In winter, you can sit comfortably inside by the wood-burning stove, which heats the room in no time. The tiny house is compact but equipped with every comfort!

Apartment It Roefke

It Roefke has recently been completely renovated and is located in Alde Feanen National Park. Enjoy peace, comfort and nature in our cozy furnished apartment, located in the middle of De Alde Feanen National Park. From the apartment, you have direct access to the nature reserve: step outside and walk into the beautiful Frisian nature. The apartment is located opposite the skûtsjemuseum and within walking distance of the cozy village of Earnewâld.

De Veenweide

The location of tiny house de Veenweide is perfect for nature lovers. The cottage is located on the edge of the Alde Feanen nature reserve. The area is great for cycling, hiking, boating, mountain biking, canoeing, birding and fishing. The Alde Feanen has a special population of plants and birds, including the sea eagle, osprey, bittern and kingfisher. In addition, chances are that you will see deer and hares running past from the cottage.

Entirely in style you sleep in our charming double bedstee or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood fired hot tub can be booked for €90,- for a weekend and €120 for a (mid)week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting corner, stunning views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. The cottage is next to the nature campsite (only open in summer)

't Veenhuys - for 4, with Jacuzzi and view

Cozy sleeping under the giant old beech tree. At 't Veenhuys, you can watch the stars in one of the darkest spots in the Netherlands and unwind with views of pure nature - if you want from a 5-person Jacuzzi. Welcome to the friendly Fryslân! This nature house is nicely decorated and has a ceiling of oak beams. It has beds from Van Der Valk and a huge glass front, which means that you can enjoy the ultimate here.

How nice that you found us, my name is Nynke and I am your hostess during your stay in our (former) rectory. On the first floor of the rectory, two modern apartments have been built. The apartments offer a nice base for a day of cycling, hiking, boating or fishing in the water-rich nature park Alde Feanen. During your stay, free bicycles are waiting for you. You can also contact us for boats and canoes.
