Staying in Lucie's apartment building was one of the best decisions I made on my trip. The location is extremely central-- you could walk to the central market and even to the airport if you want-- and yet it felt very safe because it is a bit hidden away behind a smaller marketplace. As a Westerner I did not feel threatened or harassed for a second, the building and the wider area has several night watchmen and during the day nobody will bother you, they are really just friendly and positive. As it is to be expected, the power goes out occasionally, the internet can be finicky, but this still seems like one of the best places to stay in the city.

A place I'll recommend to anyone looking for a safe, clean and well located area.

This is the second time I have stayed in this house. The host and staff are very friendly. They will come to help us in time when we need them. Great value for money. It is very lively nearby. It is very convenient to the market and supermarket. This time, a few of us friends stayed together and extended our stay for another month.I would like to stay here for a long time in the future. It was a little difficult for me to communicate with them because I don't speak French, but it doesn't matter. They will be very patient in communicating with me and helping me in the future. The Hostess is very good at speaking French.

Central residence,at the heart of the ouagalais city, quiet and discreet. Frankly for a stay in ouagadougou, I highly recommend it, 2 months of pleasant stay. Thank you

I would recommend this place 1000%. Ms. Amirah's place is the PERFECT place to stay in Ouaga! Located in the residential neighborhood of Petit Paris, it is also close to good deals and the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and very secure. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, very well-equipped and has a very large terrace that has a beautiful view of the pool. Amirah (and her husband too) is a responsive person, very kind and always attentive. She cared about the quality of my stay on a daily basis. The security guard and the cleaning lady were also very nice and very professional. Thank you for this welcome and this more than warm stay! I'll definitely be back.

An exceptional stay in a home that exceeds all expectations! The apartment is not only spacious and impeccably clean, but it also offers hotel-worthy services: a caretaker always available in the evening to meet our needs and a housekeeper who guarantees an always impeccable space. The two parking spaces were a real plus, especially for those traveling by car. The combination of comfort, convenience, and attention to detail makes this place absolutely perfect. I would recommend it without hesitating and would definitely stay again again!
