Overall we enjoyed our stay. As a family we took a spontaneous one night getaway to reconnect and just have fun. We felt secluded, which is what we wanted but still 10 mins to town. The board games & arcade like games were a big hit with our daughter. We did find some old accidents from previous guests dogs under one of the beds and overall the house could use a detailed dusting. However, I do understand that finding an efficient cleaning crew that pays attention to detail is hard. I knocked a couple of stars off because of these two things and for the steep cleaning fee. I would have appreciated more attention to detail when comes to cleaning for the expensive cleaning fee.

I chose Diane’s place over a few that I was looking at in the Monroe area. The first reason was price and the second reason it had a private suite (bed and bath). I had access to the laundry room and extra fridge to store my frozen packs for traveling. I had access to the kitchen and the living room. They have a nice patio but this was just an overnight stay for a safe and clean place to sleep. The bed and pillows (which are personal preferences) were perfect imo. There was a keypad lock on bedroom door and also door jams and door to floor bar to provide for more interior safety. There is no TV in the bedroom itself but this wasn’t a problem for me at all. I had my iPad if I wanted to watch anything thru a streaming service. She has a nice guest book and tourist attractions and was very helpful in adding more to my sightseeing schedule. I will definitely return to their home if I’m ever in need of a place to stay anywhere near the area. Safe ✅ Clean ✅ Beautiful ✅ Friendly host ✅

This home is inside huge neighborhood. Lots to do inside the hot springs village. Get groceries before heading in for sure. But there is a dollar general market in the village. Sunset grill near the home was a perfect lunch on a sunny day and after make sure to go swim in the lake & go looking for the waterfall not to far away from the beach.

My family and I stayed a couple of nights in this beautiful and spacious home. It was everything we wanted and needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend for all of us. The lake view was amazing from the entire house. We definitely want to come back. The master bedroom had the adjustable bed with massage. It was very nice.

We loved the pool, the view of Lake Hamilton, and cooking simple dinners in the kitchen. Mid century modern condominium was cozy for our family. Owner was helpful and easy to get in touch with from before we checked in till we checked out.

Pauline was in charge of this particular condominium. I never met her in person, but she was responsive and helpful and even allowed us to check into the room early without additional charges. I am 110% satisfied and have already recommended to a friend who is going to Hot Springs in a couple of weeks.

Luxury Lakefront Hot Springs Condo w/ Pools!

This condo was BEAUTIFUL with an amazing view of the lake from the back porch. My wife and I I had a great time viewing the 2024 eclipse on this property. The neighbors were extremely friendly and the owner was wonderful. Evolve could have done a better job communicating and communicating the correct keypad number to enter, but overall this is a wonderful place to stay.
