Monthly Rentals in Ottawa County

The house was darling and perfectly accommodated me and my kids. We didn’t spend much time there during the day, but it was great to be able to come “home” after running around all day. We felt very comfortable and I was super appreciative of the washer/dryer on site!

The house is nice and spacious and the location is great. Just as it says in the listing, it's a short drive to the beach but also very close to all the major stores in Holland. Less than ten minutes to Lake Michigan and to big grocery stores. The house is also tucked back from the road which makes it feel like you're kind of "out in the country" while being right on the edge of town. You can't see another house out the back windows. It's just woods. So, that feeling of privacy was probably our favorite part of our months-long stay here. I would recommend it as a convenient, clean, and well laid out house.

We had a wonderful stay. The weather held and allowed us to play and explore nearby parks, sights and playgrounds. The house was comfortable and well located. It had everything we needed and more. We will need to return in the summer to enjoy the bikes, fire pit and beach chairs/umbrellas that were all available. All in all, it was perfect.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay at the Maxwell Mini! Perfect size for a couple! Amazing location to downtown Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, and to M31! Tina was clear with instructions and responsive to any questions or concerns!
