“We had a lovely stay at Julie’s, and would have loved to be there longer! The place was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. We also had a private verandah with beautiful views across the countryside. Julie & Andy were friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. The homemade bread was delicious. We would love to go back and would definitely recommend the place to everyone.”

“Sandra is an absolutely star. She was an above and beyond sort of host and took very good care of us. We found out our flights home were cancelled and she did everything she could to help us find solutions to get home, it was very kind of her. The room itself is comfortable, clean and warm with a very nice shower. The view from the farm is gorgeous and it wasn't difficult to find or drive to, it is only 10-15 minutes from the glowworm caves. We went to the Huhu cafe a short drive away where the food was great, and they were happy for us to use the wifi there. I highly recommend it!”

“Our stay at Ann’s place was wonderful. Ann is such a lovely host, really knowledgeable, easy to talk to and so friendly. Our room was very nice, with a comfortable queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. Ann also allowed us to use her kitchen including her cooking utensils to prepare dinner which we thought was super nice of her. The next morning, Ann served us a delicious breakfast with cereal, toast, homemade marmelade and honey from her bees. Ann’s puupy dog Phoebe was around as well, making our stay even more enjoyable since we are both dog lovers. We are hoping to come back one day!”
