My Blue Heaven

The cabin is totally renovated with new appliances. Very cute and cozy, perfect for couples looking for a romantic get away. Jenkins Beach is closed for renovations this summer but you can still rent/launch boats there for a small fee. The cabin has WiFi and two TV’s, one has Apple TV, the other has streaming services as well and both have DVD players. Our cabin is not childproof, so not suitable for children under 5. Please look closely at the pictures if you’re bringing a small child.

It is furnished with the amenities listed as well as a dock, swimming float, fire pit with firewood, gas grill, and table and chairs. Enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in porch which overlooks the lake after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park. You will hear the call of the loons while relaxing.

This is such a cute, cozy place with beautiful scenery! Madeline was extremely helpful in answering my questions about the address/getting there and showed us where we'd be staying when we pulled up. The room is exactly as described, guard geese included lol! We also got some sourdough and jam, both of which were SO delicious! It's the full farm experience with horses, goats, chickens, and there's some hikes/areas to walk around the farm as well. We would totally stay here again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Holden, ME! This Airbnb was so nice and clean and pretty close to Acadia National Park. I needed to stay close to work in the park and this spot was the perfect distance away. It was quiet, peaceful, and away from tourist traffic. Also close to gas stations and a grocery store. The hosts were so friendly and nice and we would highly recommend anyone stay here! Thank you Dana + family!

What a great place for a peaceful, quiet vacation! As described and very cozy. When we arrived, there was a beautiful basket waiting for us with goodies from our host Emily. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful sunset. A surprise engagement of our daughter and her boyfriend made it extra special! Would recommend this place and definitely would stay again. This is the first stay I have had where the listing matched EXACTLY - which was nice! It was easy to find, quaint, and quiet. Even though it poured for our entire stay we were able to enjoy the artisan bread and sit on the porch watching the goats play. Start to finish, this booking was exactly the experience one wants from a host and the AirBnB experience!

Hidden Gem - Cozy and quiet lakefront cottage

The cabin was very comfortable, quiet, and just as described. Everything you need for cooking is already there. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, wifi was amazing. We went kayaking one day and it was beautiful. There are tons of rocks just below the surface of the water near the islands but you can see them because the water is so clear. The drive to the cabin is a long gravel road and thankfully we have 4WD because it might have been harder to get up the driveway from the cabin if we didn’t. There were loons on the pond every day and night but they were fun to see and hear. We also had some hummingbirds visit the feeder at the cabin and loved watching them our whole stay. The water from the faucet is from the lake but it’s so clear you almost wouldn’t know it. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet, natural place to relax.
