La casita (approx 180 square feet) is a lovely country nook on 20 acres nestled in Alamo Canyon in the breathtaking Hondo Valley NM. Perfect for travelers & those wanting a quiet get away. Within 1/2 hour from Ruidoso's attractions, Old Lincoln's historic sites, 1 hour from White Sands and Roswell. OR simply stay here, read, create, hike out back, see the horses. Please note: the shower is small and there is no TV in La Casita, wifi works great, so bring your devices! Enjoy a the solitude!

This property is a beautiful farm to table ranchette offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the natural environment on the river . We have a small petting zoo with gentle rescue animals , domestic and farm animals. We are all about food ! Both hosts are artists , farmers and stewards of the land. We tend to our fruit trees and enjoy sharing the property with guests . We are close to the UFO museum in Roswell as well as Ruidoso Downs racetrack . Well behaved pets on leash are welcome .

New unit with everything you need for a comfortable quiet stay in the mtns. Yes this is a cabin made out of a shipping container and trust me that you will be surprised how comfy and roomy it is! This is really a nice place to stay at while you are out on your forest adventures!
