You will find many shops in Phalempin, 5min away and at Seclin's Unexpo Shopping center at 10min. - By car, Phalempin's train station is 5min away, Libercourt's at 10min, A1 highway at 10min and A23 at 15min.

The building is independent of our house . On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen, and upstairs is the bedroom with the bathroom. We are 3 km from the Phalempin Forest. For work, the highway is 7 mins away . I look forward to welcoming you😁.
