The cabin has a steep slope on the front side but with a fence. Has a parking space with a main road to the cabin and with the cabin, a somewhat narrow road up to the cabin. Large jetty with table and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV screens. Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is newly renovated with Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, gas pizza oven, fire pan and outdoor fireplace. Sleeps 6 + new double sofa bed with amazing views. The rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in the sea and nature
