Charming, former farmhouse without TV

In the centre of the wine village of Bechtheim (pop. 1800), on a residential road with hardly any traffic, you have the renovated farm worker's house of a former winery all to yourselves. The kitchen is our little museum, which you can not only look at but also use. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a bathroom. We do not have a television! But we do have a beautiful garden, which can be used until 10 pm.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic vacation. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. Loving holiday apartment in quiet residential street in Worms. The ground floor apartment is close to the park and offers a cozy bedroom, living room and shower room. A kitchen and a terrace, which can also be grilled, are also available. The accessible apartment is suitable for 2 adults and max. 1 child. You can reach the main train station and the city center with restaurants and shops on foot. A bus stop is 100m away.

Relax alone, as a couple or with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Enjoy the quiet terrace, stroll through the vineyards or visit the nearby playgrounds with the children. No matter what you have planned, you can unwind here. Restaurants and massage studios are within walking distance. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities and the opportunity to have breakfast at the nearby bakery.

A kitchen with living-room space, a bedroom and a bath only for you. The ideal spot for eating, living, sleeping and watching TV. Or you step out for running, hiking or biking or just for a walk in nature. It is just behind the house. Our flat can be booked for home-office or vacation purpose. Our flat suits best for 1-2 people. 1 additional person can sleep on the sleep sofa.

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.

Bright non-smoking attic apartment in a quiet location (dead end) in the wine-growing community of Guntersblum between Mainz and Worms. Wonderful starting point for a longer stay for hiking, cycling and cultural excursions. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. There is a private parking space in front of the house.
