Vacation rentals with beach access in Oslob

The nicest places that I have ever stayed, the staff is very friendly and very accomadating , I have stayed here previously and it's the nicest place and the cleanest place in Dumaguete and the only place I will ever stay when I am in Dumaguete, The host is very accommodating and very friendly, I love staying at her place so quiet, clean and peaceful, Thank You for having me and I look forward to staying at your place next time I am in Dumaguete.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

Great location, the host is accommodative and responsive. The Condo is clean and has a functional kitchen as well. looking forward to staying again in my next trip to Dumaguete.

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and we were washed fins for snorkeling and a motorcycle to go to the village :)

Very good location, pharmacy, shops, Atm (not accepting monzo but normal cards working fine), bus stop downstairs so you can get to Ceres Bus Terminal, 4 minute walk to Sibulan Seaport so you can get to Cebu (ferry leaving every hour). Good WiFi. Working AC - not too loud. Nice and helpful staff. Minor issue - tiles on the florr bit wobbly.

Lady's home was cozy and beautiful. There is "Lovers Nest" and "Apartment" on the second floor and Lady's home on the first floor. The gardens are very well designed and maintained. The pool in the yard was small but nice. It was a bit of a walk to Panaksama Beach. This makes for a quiet and relaxing stay at the property. There is a small shop right next to the entrance where you can buy drinks and other things. They take a deposit on bottled drinks, which the owner says is for recycling the bottles.

Great place to relax and hang! It's simple, private and peaceful. Had a beautiful sunset view and very convenient access by the sea.

Janeth is an amazing host, responsive and direct. The place was beautiful and my friends had a blast! I definitely recommend staying here.

My stay here was very pleasant, the host allowed me to check in very early and did everything she could to accommodate us, the groundskeeper was very friendly and helpful, we were in town for whale watching and this was the perfect accommodation, attached to the property pretty much where the beach and a couple of restaurants one of which I would highly recommend called “AKA Food House” it’s not on Google maps but it’s right next to the property, literally the best sinigang I’ve ever had, Anyway anyways this place was perfect for our two night stay and I highly recommend anybody passing through to stop by and check them out.

The accomodation is a very homey place to stay. Quiet neighborhood but near activities, restaurants and accessible to transportation. Will surely consider booking again if we'll have the chance to visit Maoalbaoal in the future. Thank you!

The best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. No joke! The place was beautiful, the location was private and quiet. the neighbors were very friendly and respectful, the host responded quickly and was able to help us troubleshoot issues. this place exceeded my expectations by far and the price was more than fair. I plan on booking this place again when I return.

Our family unit was perfect. Morning swim just a step out the door and breakfast served on our patio was just the way to start our day. The tour we booked through reception was by far a highlight so far. We love the people here and highly recommend this stay for any traveller looking to enjoy moalboal as much as we did. Miss you already.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica’s place. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Just a heads-up: the property isn’t located right on the main road in Basdiot, so you’ll need a vehicle or can easily hire a trike to get around. There’s also a public beach within walking distance from the house, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience!

Amazing place in Oslob. Maria was very accommodating. The house is perfect for a group of friend travelling together. Private swimming pool and the view is gorgeous. We will be back…

Great location with restaurants and a small mall nearby. This cozy apartment was great for our family while visiting Dumaguete! Kaye was a great host and was able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be looking at staying here again on our next visit!

Fantastic host! We were warmly welcomed with a handwritten note and some chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon — such a thoughtful touch. The place was exceptionally-maintained and immaculate. Everything inside looked brand new and elegantly designed, which really radiated modern style. When I arrived, it was spotless and perfectly prepared for my stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating too, checking in was a walk in the park. I had a fantastic stay at Hanz's apartment! The space is lovely, featuring a big TV and very efficient air conditioning that kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, and having a washing machine is a great bonus. Check-in was seamless, and I noticed significant improvements in security compared to my previous stays—there were no delays this time at all. Compared to other similar units I've rented, this place is a real bargain. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
