On the 1st floor you will find a spacious entrance hall, a very well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room full of books and a dining room with access to a very undisturbed garden with heated swimming pool of 8x4 meters (1.50 deep). In the garden we have a cozy garden room with sofa and dining table, a barbecue area and table tennis table. Three bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor, with exit to the terrace. Basement living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with sauna in the basement.

Perfect for city and countryside holidays. 15 minutes by car to civilization or 20 minutes by train to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. To Varingskollen Alpine Center it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and cycling routes start at the doorstep. The host lives nearby and is available. The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

The house is located in a large garden. Very central with both bus and subway nearby. The swimming pool is available during the summer months. The house is well equipped to cook in the wood-fired pizza oven, but otherwise there is only a small stove!
