Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. The house is furnished with norwegian design, second hand and hand made book shelves. Book a forest bathing walk if you want 2-3 hours of relaxation. I am a certified forest bathing guide.

We prefer to rent out to families. 180 m2 apartment with fantastic views of the city, 3 terraces (including a spectacular rooftop terrace) and own garden with apple trees, strawberries and flowers. The perfect place to kick back after a busy day. Private parking, and very central with metro, tram and bus (5-10 mins to town). Several groceries stores, coffee shops, restaurants and parks within walking distance.

Breakfast is included. Tea/coffe, sweet, fruit.

From the apartment, you have walking distance to most facilities such as restaurants, cafes, parks, and public transportation. It is a family-friendly place, very quiet. There is one master bedroom and one bedroom with integrated køyeseng.e bathroom is quit big with a shower and washing machine and a tumbler.The apartment is delicately furnished with Danish and Italian design.

This apartment is perfectly placed between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk, and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 600NOK so we share the cost.
