Just 25 meters from the pedestrian bridge and the famous promenade "Promenade" along the Drava River, near the famous "Copacabana" bathing area. Across the street from the property is King Tomislav's Park and several tennis courts. From the property you have only 250 meters to the main market and 500 meters to Tvrđa and the center. Free parking in the backyard. A dead end parking-free street!
