Incredible apartment right on the beach. The service provided was also very good.

Good place for a stop off on way back from Galicia to ferry at Santander. Helpful local recommendations helped us choose places to eat. Main disappointment was wet weather on one of the days!

This is the second time I've been to this apartment because for us it's a 10-star accommodation. Description faithful to the ad, close to the beach and restaurants, with a great garage and well connected to many interesting places to visit. In addition, the hosts are very friendly and communication with them has always been great. Of course, a place to stay again.

Site great to go with dogs, spacious house, great garden, great views, walk along the coast great. The super clean house. Antonio always responded in a very short time. Only negative point,it smells a little damp when entering, nothing that is not solved by ventilating.

Small and simple casita but we did very well. Everything super clean. Silvia had nice details like leaving water, milk, coffee, cao cola, croissants…always attentive and available for anything. It has a very spacious and beautiful garden. The area is quiet and has many places of interest to visit nearby.

Highly recommended. The apartment is very close to downtown Viveiro and is very spacious and clean. We took our dog with us and it even has a backyard where we can play for a while and give it the last walk before going to sleep. It has private parking area. In short, definitely to save in favorites and repeat, I recommend it.

Wonderful Stay, Super Friendly Hosts and a house of 10.

We had a great time at Jose Luis beach house. The location is fantastic with ocean views and access to a "private" bay over the rocks at high tide. The house is very well equipped and beautifully bright. The highlight is the dining area with sea views. Jose Luis is a very good host and was always available for questions. The Playa de Las Catedrales is minutes by car. Highly recommended!

In addition to being very attentive and available for any questions, she had several details that made our stay even more special. Knowing that we were going with two children, he decorated their bed with animal cushions, which made them so much illusion. During our stay, which coincided with a bit of bad weather, Ana was aware that we were comfortable at all times, which we really appreciated. In addition, he left milk, coffee, water, and a delicious treat for breakfast, a detail that made our arrival even better. This was definitely the best Airbnb home I've been in for a long time. Everything was perfect: the location, the comfort and, above all, the attention. ;)

Bane and her husband are super nice. We had a problem on the trip and arrived late at the apartment, and they showed their support and understanding for the delay. They left us everything we needed for breakfast, very thoughtful.

The apartment was very good, clean and very equipped in terms of kitchenware and needs. The location is ideal to move around Luarca, and despite being in the heart of Plaza del Ayuntamiento, you don't hear anything. Communication with the property was very easy. Totally recommendable.
