Perfect for our family vacation. Place was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and all of the amenities that made us feel at home. The owner was very responsive and made sure there were no issues during our stay. Highly recommend

Great place to stay and Julia is amazing. We had an a/c issue when we got there, but Julia quickly had it fixed the next day and offered to comp us a partial refund for that night or extra day without us having to ask for compensation. The house is great! Very clean and felt like home. Love that there’s a shower upstairs and downstairs. Absolutely beautiful views off the back deck!! We were there for our daughter’s wedding so we were quite busy the whole time. Wish we could have enjoyed the house and deck more. So glad we stayed here. Thanks Julia!!!!

Comfortable and immaculately clean home close to the Pioneer Woman’s restaurants. The beds were so comfortable after a long drive. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and felt immediately at home. Right when we walked in we read the personal card that was left for us, welcoming to our home away from home! The kids enjoyed the thoughtful treats that were left. The beds are comfortable with the perfect amount of blankets. We would definitely stay here again and appreciate the thoughtfulness and attention that is put into this home :)

This house was wonderful! Enough space for my family. Will stay again whenever we go back and will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Ponca City.

The place was quite good. It is older and you should expect an older feel to the house. It is large and accommodated us well. The master bedroom was very spacious. The mains floor had plenty of seating spaces, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed. There was a hail storm the night we got there as well as the following night. Lots of leaves filled the pool and clogged the filter. When I let Erwin know, he had a pool guy over within a very short period of time to get it remedied. I found Erwin to be very friendly and responsive. He did say it may take an hour or two at times, but he always got back to me. I would rent from him again.

If you are someone who likes an off grid life, is healthy, fit and enjoys outdoors, then this is a great experience. Definitely read the full amenities--the trail to the cabin is bit rocky; the little wagons they provide work great to bring your supplies down the little hillside to the cabin. The cabin itself is super clean, comfortable and quiet. Be sure to bring bug spray. They have a fire pit out front. It looked like it rain that week, so I just stuck with my propane stoves for cooking. Cabin lights work just fine, but be mindful they are solar powered. You can charge your phone thru a small solar powered outlet; again be mindful of how much power you use. The best bathroom to use is the two outhouses up by the main house, across from the goats' pen. The bathrooms are way better condition than a porta'potty. They have one main outdoor shower by the main house; fits a couple, or one at a time. Otherwise, I slept super peacefully and enjoined every moment I got. Thanks Joe!

This was an absolutely relaxing and peaceful experience. We had dinner reservations, and other plans over the weekend, but frankly once we arrived, everything else become unnecessary. The grounds had so many different well maintained trails with all kinds of little things to discover. Even the compost toilet was not a detractor, as the building was very clean and well lit, and definitely nicer than most public bathrooms. We skipped paid for goat yoga to sleep in and still got to play plenty of friendly animals without ever leaving the grounds. The hot tub and pool could've been cleaner and more clear on rules for use, but it's also early May and pretty cold for the pool, so that was fairly expected. The Friday night drum circle around the main fire pit was an unexpected but very pleasant bonus. Already planning our return, and the biggest debate is if we want a dome or the bell tent.

Loved it. I was only there for one night, as I was in the midst of a cross country drive, but I am hoping to come back and stay longer, or at the very least pass through again during another long drive. Big fan of this place and how easy it was to relax, even though I was there for a very short period of time.

Tchinina was an absolute sweetheart and a truly gracious host. We held a small, intimate wedding at her beautiful venue and couldn’t be more grateful for her hospitality. The location was stunning, with gorgeous views, peaceful hiking trails, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly on our special day, and her quick, clear communication made the entire process seamless. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, affordable space without having to spend an arm and a leg. Tchinina’s property is a self-sufficient homestead, which makes supporting her even more meaningful. We always love backing local hosts who care deeply about their land and their guests—and Tchinina is exactly that. This place and her energy made our wedding truly unforgettable.

Julia’s place was just the little get away needed. It’s such a cute little place with beautiful surroundings. Julia is responsive and helpful through the whole stay.

This place was great for our last minute trip. Timothy is a great host. I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

My wife and I came here after our wedding and it was a gorgeous, private, and peaceful location. We couldn’t be happier with this choice. Levi came through big for us when we needed the front door code at midnight. He respond in minutes and ensured our wedding night was just as planned. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Great place for a little retreat. Loved that even though the house is fairly close to the highway you would never know it. Plenty of parking and space outdoors to relax. House was very clean and the kitchen offered lots of space and amenities. Loved the amount of seating in the living room! Would definitely stay again.
