The Bunk House

The Bunk House is an 8 by 12 foot shed with 3-4 bunks. There is a twin sized bed across the back, a bunk sized bed on each side and a plank to pull out to accommodate a fourth person in the middle over the walkway. With this adaptation, you have an 8 by 10 foot bed. We provide foam mattresses, sheets, blankets and pillows. There is an air-conditioner and a heater. Bucket toilet behind the bunkhouse. Fire ring available. No pets. The water is from our deep well - tested, certified and delicious!

A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.

Centrally located house 5-minutes from the Missouri State Capitol. Spacious home with 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great outside space in the front patio and back porch. In the winter months there is a nice fireplace to keep cozy in the spacious living room. There is a working washer and dryer available as well. Plenty of space for eating with a table and a breakfast bar table.

"Grace" at Holts Summit is beautiful, spacious, clean, and so cozy! Elaine is a very thoughtful host - the home has helpful labels and other lovely details that made our stay amazing. We stayed here during our cycling trip of the Katy Trail, so Elaine's quick responses and extra thoughtfulness were even more appreciated! This was our favorite stop on our trip, and I hope we get a chance to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Leila’s place! She was a fantastic host—super nice and very responsive throughout our trip. The house itself is a beautiful, older home full of charm and character. It was also in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see in Jefferson City. The home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend staying here!
