Velkommen til Nautaneset! Opprinnelig en gammel husmannsplass som nå er tatt i bruk som fritidsbolig. Hytten ligger usjenert til ved Sævareidsfjorden med vei helt frem. Her får du tilgang til et sjarmerende gammelt hus, store grøntområder, gode bademuligheter, stangfiskemuligheter og et naust med tilgang til kajakker, fiskeutstyr, uteleker, bålpanne og utemøbler. Utenfor naustet er det en stor platting og vedfyrt badestamp. Området er barne- og dyrevennlig. Vann fra brønn, drikkevann fra tank.

Attractive cottage by the sea. One hour from Bergen City. Good fishing opportunities. Possible to rent a boat. We are approved for tourist fishing. BOAT 2025 Price for Boat whith 25 HK motor is 700 nkr for one day. 1 week=3200 nkr Price for boat whit 40 HK motor i 800nkr for one day 1 week =4200 nkr. Petrol is extra . For longer terms ask for price. Boat will most likely not be available during the winter period November through February. Crab pots + crab cooker/gas included with cabin.

A small apartment for those who need a place one night or two or even a whole week. No luxury, but If you go out the door you can take the morning bath in the sea. Catch your own dinner from the pier. The apartment consists of bathroom and living room. It is a double bed in the living room and you can fall asleep looking at the fjord and wake up watching the sunrise. Maybe you see salmon jumping in the surface of the fjord. If you want to live easily then this is the right place for you .

Romslig terrasse med jacuzzie (jacuzzie kan leies etter avtale), utedusj, bålpanne og andre fasiliteter. Stor og usjenert eiendom med gode solforhold og parkering for opptil flere biler. Boligens innhold: 1. etg: stue/kjøkken, bad/badstu, 3 soverom, vaskerom, gang/entre. 2. etg: loftstue m/ sovesofa, WC, soverom.

You can also rent the annex, with 2 extra beds, but this we need to know before you come to the cabin. Well equipped kitchen, cosy living room and table for 8 persons. Modern furnished cottage close to the sea, which was completed in March 2017. Large windows provide a unique sea view. Large bathroom with tub. Airy loft with two mansard rooms. It is possible to rent a boat. Rent includes beds with linen, guests bring their own towels. Austefjordstunet is a place for recreation, and loudly partying at night is not accepted. Breaking this rule will give the owner the right to withheld the deposit.
