It has two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a large living room with a fireplace and a porch overlooking the river on the upper floor. A kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and porch, on the ground floor. Great care has been taken with the lighting and comfort. ATTENTION: If you book a single night, there is an increase of €50.

Ideal for tourist or telecommuting stay. 10 min. from the center of Seoane where there is supermarket, bar, pharmacy or medical center. Located on the Ruta do Río Pequeno and 20 minutes from the jewel of O Courel, the Devesa da Rogueira. Next to the house you have a chestnut forest and very close to a limestone rock mountain (Taro Branco).

Traditional and cozy stone house with good views of the natural surroundings and a balcony with the morning sun, in a remote valley of western Asturias next to a clean river. One hour from the coast and beaches and two from Oviedo. There are a variety of hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. This area has a special microclimate. It is located in a mountainous area but only 200 meters above sea level, well protected from the north and with good exposure to the south.
